Produced only in suitable years, it is obtained from the late harvest of white grapes left to dry on the plant generally until November. Handpicked, they are placed in state-of-the-art ventilated boxes to dry the berries in an optimal way.
Vinification is carried out in very small "caratelli" of various essences and left to age for at least 25 years before making its market debut.
COLOR: Golden garnet.
AROMA: coffee, rosemary, sage, chocolate.
CHARACTERISTICS: Warm, full-bodied, good freshness, harmonious, velvety.
